My philosophy--if it grows or moves, it's food. If it's from a box or a factory, proceed with caution!
I try to remake the comfort foods that I grew up eating into more nutrient-dense, healthful options. Some recipes will be vegetarian, some will be paleo, some will be Whole 30 compliant. I don't follow a particular diet, I just eat whole, real foods. If you do have a particular diet that you follow, I will try to indicate next to each recipe which category it falls into. Please, use your own discretion--I'm not a nutritionist or a chef, just a hungry girl that enjoys to eat and feel well :)
